Official PNA Credit Application

The Panasonic credit application is the authoritative financial and credit document for account setup. Complete Panasonic's original form rather than entering sensitive credit information into the HUB.

Do not enter banking data, Federal Tax ID / SSN, ownership information, financial statements, or other credit-sensitive information into the HUB.

Information Panasonic's form requests

Business identityLegal name, trade name, address, phone, email, entity type, incorporation information and D&B number.

Tax and purchasingTax status, line of business, estimated annual product purchases and products to be purchased.

Principals and A/PPrincipal names, titles, ownership percentages and accounts-payable contact information.

ReferencesBank references and three trade references from suppliers with a comparable credit limit.

Panasonic also requests state-required resale / tax exemption certificates for exempt ship-to locations, and the latest two fiscal years of financial statements for credit exceeding $100,000.

How to complete this step

Use the official PNA Credit Application supplied by Panasonic management. If you do not yet have the current form, request it from your assigned Scowcroft representative. Return the completed credit application and supporting credit-sensitive documents through the delivery method your representative or Panasonic provides.
